Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex strategic content into actionable field-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Convert enterprise-wide strategic initiatives into field narratives and advisor-facing value propositions.
• Develop positioning frameworks linking firm priorities to advisor behaviors and client conversations.
• Serve as the bridge between corporate strategy and the field, ensuring relevance and adoption.
• Create and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks, one-pagers, decks, and digital resources.
