JPMorgan Chase's J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is seeking a Vice President of Business Strategy & Field Engagement to translate priorities into field-ready programs that drive advisor behavior and client outcomes.

Qualifications

6+ years in wealth management or financial services strategy or field enablement.
Proven ability to translate strategic content into actionable field messaging.
Experience designing field engagement campaigns and training programs.
Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Convert complex, enterprise initiatives into field narratives and repeatable talk tracks.
Develop positioning frameworks linking priorities to advisor daily behaviors.
Serve as the connective tissue between strategy teams and the field at scale.
Create and manage enablement materials, playbooks, decks, and guides.
Design workshops and coaching sessions to deepen advisor proficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to land programs consistently.
Measure impact of field engagement programs and iterate based on feedback.
