Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in wealth management or related strategy/enablement.
• Ability to translate complex strategic content into actionable field messaging.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Convert complex enterprise initiatives into crisp field narratives, advisor-facing value propositions, and repeatable talk tracks for coaches and clients.
• Develop clear positioning frameworks linking firm priorities to advisor daily behaviors and client conversations.
• Serve as the bridge between corporate strategy and the field to ensure central work is practical and scalable.
• Build and own enablement materials such as playbooks, one-pagers, decks, quick-reference guides, and intranet resources.
• Design workshops and training that deepen advisor proficiency across priority initiatives and ensure consistent execution.
• Develop field leader toolkits to empower branch and regional leadership to champion initiatives locally.
• Coordinate with One Chase, Practice Management, Product Specialists, and Investment Product teams to create joint programming.
• Partner with Investment Product Leadership, Marketing, Training, and other groups to align on priorities and messaging.
• Influence senior leaders with structured recommendations and data-informed insights.
