Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President of Business Programs and Field Enablement within its Wealth Management Business Development team to translate strategic priorities into field-ready programs that drive advisor behavior and client outcomes.

You will own the full arc from concept to field activation, partnering with One Chase, Investment Product, Marketing, and Training teams to deliver practical, scalable enablement materials and workshops nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience translating strategy into field-ready programs.
• Track record of field engagement campaigns and training.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and work across a matrix.
