Job summary

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is seeking a Regional Support Lead - Vice President to promote growth and deliver a world-class client experience across markets.

You will drive key initiatives with Divisional Strategy & Support and partner with Market Directors of Wealth, while ensuring excellence in delivery and advisor development. The role emphasizes collaboration with One Chase partners, executive-level coordination, and a flexible, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading projects in a client-focused environment.
• Innovative thinker who drives engagement.
• Builds a collaborative culture that motivates ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Wealth Management and One Chase partners.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Wealth and/or investment products and technology.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day regional support, drive and track regional focus on Investment growth plans across markets.
• Partner with Divisional Strategy and Support Manager to coordinate and message key initiatives.
• Partner with the Regional Director of Wealth to track and drive execution on strategic initiatives.
• Support Advisor performance through onboarding, training, and in-field workshops.
• Identify opportunities to develop action plans and people objectives across the region and markets.
• Coordinate with Divisional support team on messaging of key business initiatives.
• Drive scorecard results and staffing plan content, focusing on advisor recruitment and attrition tracking.
• Coordinate with Culture Council to enhance Employee Experience and drive engagement.
• Serve as proxy for Regional Director of Wealth in their absence.
