Job summary

Operation Homefront seeks a Vice President, Field Development to lead the organization’s fundraising at the local level. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role shapes strategy and total revenue raised in the field, guiding regional fundraisers to build pipelines of local corporate and foundation partners.

The VP will provide strategic direction and hands-on support across revenue streams, including corporate partnerships, third-party events, and foundation engagement.

• Strong collaboration with national teams to align local and national fundraising goals.

• Create stewardship assets, toolkits, and templates for partners; ensure accurate tracking and reporting of contributions.
