Job summary

Blue Star Families is seeking a Vice President, Chapter Development & Peer-to-Peer Fundraising to lead nationwide donor programs and support chapters with scalable fundraising strategies.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will build peer-to-peer campaigns, develop tools and training for volunteers, and collaborate with chapters, marketing, and operations while traveling to chapters several times a year.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive nonprofit development experience with chapter-based fundraising.
• 5+ years of experience managing staff or leading a team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and participation goals.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to chapters and organizational gatherings several times per year, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex challenges with data, heart, and humility.
• Build cross-sector partnerships that drive measurable change.
• Lead peer-to-peer fundraising programs to diversify BSF's donor base.
• Develop toolkits, training and playbooks for volunteers and chapter leaders.
• Travel to chapters several times per year for gatherings and events.
