Job summary

Operation Homefront is seeking a Manager, Regional Development to lead donor relations and fundraising across the Western Region. The role will manage a portfolio of corporate and foundation donors, drive moves management, and collaborate with the Development and Marketing teams to align program goals with fundraising efforts.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years in nonprofit fundraising/marketing, experience with military families a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; master's degree is a plus.
• 3 years’ fundraising and marketing experience in non-profits desired.
• Experience with military families and programs preferred.
• Experience with grant writing preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Builds, cultivates, and stewards relationships with corporate and foundation donors to meet the $1.6M regional revenue goal.
• Manages moves management for the assigned portion of the portfolio as primary relationship manager.
• Implements the broader development strategy in partnership with the team.
• Drafts and maintains regional revenue pipeline; briefs Senior Director regularly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
