JPMorganChase seeks a Vice President Experience Design to shape user experiences across B2B and institutional banking products. You will lead strategic design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and champion inclusive, accessible experiences.

You will collaborate with product, design and technology teams to define roadmaps, apply user insights, and translate complex business needs into intuitive interfaces for multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design or similar roles.
• Experience delivering design solutions in complex business domains with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with feedback, critique, and collaborative ideation.
• Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, user-centered experiences for B2B applications used by our institutional banking clients
• Oversee implementation of the standards across product suites and be a champion for Design
• Operate with an iterative design mindset and use user feedback to improve experiences
• Participate in design strategy and product definition, roadmap planning with product, design and tech partners
• Analyze market trends and user research to inform design decisions across platforms
