Job summary

JPMorganChase in Chicago is seeking a seasoned Experience Design VP to shape user experiences across our RDaaS platform. You will lead end‑to‑end design initiatives, mentor designers, and champion inclusive design practices across product surfaces and teams.

You will define UX vision, drive reusable component strategy, and collaborate with engineering, analytics, and stakeholders to ensure accessible, scalable experiences that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in user experience design or similar roles.
• Experience creating visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).
• Experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to develop transformational innovation strategies and north star representations for decision making.
• Advanced literacy of client-side technologies, APIs, and the technology stack impact on UX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies for complex projects and align with business objectives and user needs across multiple product areas.
• Diagram service flows and features, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints in domain scope.
• Mentor junior designers and promote inclusive design practices across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX design into product development processes.
• Analyze market trends and user research data to inform design decisions across platforms and channels.
• Define UX vision, roadmap for reusable components, and drive alignment with product, engineering, analytics, and stakeholders.
