Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Vice President Experience Design to shape user experiences across Digital Markets, Commercial and Investment Bank products. You will lead design strategy, guide research efforts, and mentor junior designers to foster excellence.

Collaborate with product, engineering and business partners to deliver user-centered, accessible experiences that meet complex business needs. You will help scale our in-house design community and champion inclusive design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design or similar roles.
• Experience delivering design solutions in complex business domains with product, development, and tech teams.
• Comfort with feedback and critique and collaborating with others.
• Strong understanding of inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to visualize user journeys with storyboards and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, user-centered experiences for B2B applications used by institutional clients.
• Lead and mentor designers; champion design standards across product suites.
• Iterate designs using user feedback and data insights to improve experiences.
• Contribute to design strategy and product definition with cross-functional partners.
• Analyze market trends and user research to inform design decisions.
