Ocean Aero Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Expeditionary Land Forces to lead business development and sales strategy across the U.S. Army, Marine Corps, and USTRANSCOM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of senior-level business development, sales, capture, or defense markets experience.
• Established senior-level relationships within the Army, Marine Corps, and USTRANSCOM.
• Ability to travel frequently and operate across multiple commands.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead Expeditionary Land Forces strategy and business development.
• Own growth strategy, account plans, pipeline, bookings objectives across the Army, Marine Corps, and USTRANSCOM.
• Identify, qualify, shape, pursue, and close new opportunities across military customers.
• Build and maintain a measurable pipeline with defined stages, funding sources, and forecasted awards.
• Serve as Ocean Aero’s senior representative in meetings, briefings, industry engagements, and demonstrations.
