UFORCE in the United States seeks a US VP of Engineering to build and lead our US technical org and deliver battlefield-proven products to US defense customers. You will work closely with the Global CTO and Global Engineering to align US deployments with the worldwide platform.

This hands-on leadership role requires you to personally support deployments, lead technical campaigns, define US reference architecture, ensure ITAR compliance, and recruit and scale a capable engineering team to sustain

Qualificações

• Experience delivering complex technical programs for US DoD customers with security/compliance constraints.
• Hands-on leadership of software deployments, system integrations, and customer-facing work.
• Strong systems-architecture judgment balancing customer needs with a common platform.
• Ability to translate ITAR and regulatory requirements into practical engineering practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical execution for US deployments, exercises and evaluations as senior escalation point.
• Create repeatable playbooks, checklists and feedback processes to reduce ad hoc support.
• Define US reference architecture including data flows, security boundaries and interfaces.
• Establish ITAR-aware engineering practices and meet regional obligations.
• Translate customer feedback into a prioritized US technical roadmap.
• Lead architecture, security reviews and drive mitigations for cybersecurity risks.
• Coordinate with Global Engineering to share learnings and improve products.
• Design and build the US technical organization, recruiting and developing talent.
