UFORCE is seeking a US VP of Engineering to build and lead the US technical organization and bring battlefield-proven products to US defense customers.

You will define the US reference architecture, establish ITAR-aware engineering practices, and translate customer feedback into a prioritized US technical roadmap while collaborating with Global Engineering to scale deployment capabilities.

Competenze

• Track record delivering complex technical programs for US DoD customers.
• Hands-on software deployments, systems integrations and troubleshooting.
• Strong systems architecture judgement balancing customer needs with a common platform.
• Experience translating ITAR, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements into architecture.
• Security-first approach with compliant engineering practices.
• Ability to recruit, develop and lead technical teams and drive accountability.

Mansioni

• Lead technical execution for US deployments, exercises, demos and evaluations.
• Personally support 3–5 deployments or engagements in the first six months.
• Turn deployments into repeatable operations with playbooks and checklists.
• Define US reference architecture, data flows, security boundaries and sustainment needs.
• Establish ITAR-aware practices and align with Global Engineering and US leadership.
• Translate feedback into a prioritized US technical roadmap with risk management.
• Institute architecture reviews, document decisions and drive risk mitigation.
• Build a rhythm with Global Engineering so learnings inform product improvements.
• Design and build the US tech org: hiring priorities, recruiting and leadership.
