Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategy, architecture, delivery across P&O, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability.
Scale a product-based operating model with ownership of platforms (Workday, ServiceNow) and AI-enabled delivery.
Drive integration across enterprise domains, balancing federated needs with global commonality.
Direct enterprise-scale transformation programs with change management.
Build relationships with senior executives across Mars groups.
Oversee global technology delivery with secure, scalable operations and SLA governance.
Manage strategic vendor relationships and contracting for long-term value.
Foster ongoing innovation and AI-driven capabilities for future readiness.
