Job summary

Mars is seeking a Director of Change Communications to standardize and elevate change communications across the enterprise. You will lead a center of excellence, drive capability, and collaborate with external partners and Mars Digital Technologies to implement AI-enabled solutions.

You will mentor leaders, manage multi-project workstreams, and partner with segments and markets to ensure a best-in-class change experience for Associates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in change management, corporate or internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Align and manage framework for best practice Change Communications across Mars.
• Manage Change Communications hub and content for Segments.
• Provide training and 1:1 support to Segments on best practices.
• Identify and partner with external vendors for change programs.
• Lead relationships with partners to build tools for Corporate Affairs.
• Guide senior leaders and CA practitioners on communications within Mars programs.
• Identify digital investment opportunities to drive efficiency and standardization.
