Job summary

SailPoint seeks a visionary leader for Vice President, Enterprise Technology & Agentic Experience, to unify and scale its enterprise applications and AI lab initiatives. You will partner with CFO, HR, and Customer Success to architect federated IT, mentor teams, and drive autonomous workflows across Finance, People, and CRM domains.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise technology and software engineering.
• Enterprise application portfolio leadership across HR (Workday), Finance (ERP/NetSuite), CRM/Post-Sales (Salesforce).
• AI architecture and agentic expertise including LLM orchestration, MCP, RAG pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead federated IT operating model bridging enterprise software with agile business teams across Finance, HR, and Customer Success/ Post-Sales.
• Mentor Enterprise Systems & the AI Lab teams (ERP/NetSuite, Workday) to foster a product-minded culture.
• Design and govern enterprise AI platform infrastructure with security, RBAC and data privacy safeguards.
• Co-design autonomous workflows with senior leaders to automate cross-system processes.
• Advance AI engineering velocity while ensuring human-in-the-loop controls and code quality.
