The Clearing House seeks a Vice President of Enterprise Systems Support to govern and drive the ServiceNow platform within a regulated financial services environment. You will own the platform roadmap, drive automation, and ensure cost transparency and compliance across IT assets and events.

Lead a team of ServiceNow professionals, partner with Risk, Compliance, and Audit, and integrate Dynatrace for observability to improve resilience and control.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT Asset Management, event monitoring, and enterprise observability.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and service lifecycle management.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Extensive leadership experience in technology within financial services.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage technology teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (NYC to NC).

Responsabilités

• Own platform roadmap, governance, and lifecycle management for ServiceNow.
• Lead enterprise process engineering, standardization, and optimization.
• Ensure asset data supports CMDB integrity and cost transparency.
• Define event models, thresholds, and noise-reduction strategies.
• Embed regulatory controls and support SOX/SOC compliance.
• Lead and develop ServiceNow admins, developers, and analysts.
