Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Director of Systems Engineering (ServiceNow Platform) to lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring reliability, governance, and automation. You will partner with architecture, cloud, SRE, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions with strong data quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 4+ years of people management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• ServiceNow CAD and CTA certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Own engineering lifecycle from analysis to production support for platform capabilities.
• Lead operations, reliability, and incident management for platform health.
• Drive automation, DevSecOps integration, and CI/CD across ServiceNow modules.
• Improve data governance, CMDB quality, and platform resiliency.
• Partner with Architecture, Cloud Engineering, SRE, and Product teams to deliver value.
• Provide executive updates on platform health, risks, and delivery progress.
• Build and mentor onshore/offshore engineering teams.
