Job summary
North American Partners in Anesthesia in Melville, NY invites an experienced Manager to own the ServiceNow platform end-to-end. You will shape multi-year roadmaps, govern integrations, and ensure scalable digital workflows across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise platform or application roles with 3+ years leading technical teams.
- 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD.
- Experience managing platform upgrades, configurations, and third-party integrations.
- Healthcare regulatory experience (HIPAA) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own ServiceNow end-to-end: architecture, roadmap, licensing, health and upgrades.
- Lead a ServiceNow team; oversee development, testing, and release processes.
- Design scalable solutions: service catalog, Flow Designer, low-code apps.
- Manage enterprise integrations and secure credential management.
- Govern platform standards, security, and data governance; report to IT leadership.
