Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise platform or application roles with 3+ years leading technical teams.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD.
• Experience managing platform upgrades, configurations, and third-party integrations.
• Healthcare regulatory experience (HIPAA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow end-to-end: architecture, roadmap, licensing, health and upgrades.
• Lead a ServiceNow team; oversee development, testing, and release processes.
• Design scalable solutions: service catalog, Flow Designer, low-code apps.
• Manage enterprise integrations and secure credential management.
• Govern platform standards, security, and data governance; report to IT leadership.
