Job summary

UKG is seeking a Vice President, Demo Environments in Florida to lead the strategy, delivery, and operations of enterprise demo environments for HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management. You will align demo environments with product innovation and drive automation to accelerate revenue and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise SaaS.
• 8+ years leading global organizations.
• Experience supporting enterprise HR, payroll, or HCM software.
• Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar operating budgets.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for demo environments across all HCM product lines.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to bring customer scenarios to life in demo environments.
• Ensure environments accurately reflect current and future product capabilities and integrations.
• Lead global teams, drive automation, governance, and cost efficiency in platform operations.
• Collaborate withSales, Solution Consulting, and executives to enable strategic demos and customer storytelling.
