Job summary

UKG is seeking a Vice President of Demo Environments to lead the strategy, delivery, and operations of enterprise demo environments that showcase HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management SaaS solutions.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to bring customer scenarios to life in demos, manage lifecycle, and drive automation for scalable, strategic demos that accelerate revenue and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise SaaS organizations.
• 8+ years leading global technical organizations.
• Experience supporting enterprise HR, Payroll, HCM, or Workforce Management software.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar operating budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise vision and multi-year roadmap for demo environments across all HCM product lines.
• Establish demo environments as a strategic corporate capability supporting revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Define governance, priorities, and success metrics for the demo platform.
• Build and lead a global organization focused on innovation and operational excellence.
• Foster continuous improvement and collaboration across product, engineering, and sales teams.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to align demo environments with release cycles.
• Enable rapid creation of customer-specific demonstration environments for strategic opportunities.
• Define data strategy and create realistic personas and industry datasets for demos.
• Drive automation in environment provisioning, data generation, and release validation.
