Job summary

UKG seeks a seasoned executive to lead the Demo Environments organization, shaping strategy, delivery, and operations for enterprise demo environments across HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management. You will ensure environments reflect current and future product features, drive automation, and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to accelerate revenue and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Eng, or related field.
15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise SaaS.
8+ years leading global technical organizations.
Experience with enterprise HR, Payroll, HCM, or Workforce Management software.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise vision and multi-year roadmap for demo environments across all HCM product lines.
Define demo environments as a strategic capability supporting revenue growth and executive engagements.
Lead organizational priorities, governance, and success metrics.
Build a high-performing global team focused on innovation and operational excellence.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to align demos with release cycles.
Deliver standardized, high-quality demo experiences for enterprise sales and strategic opportunities.
Define enterprise data standards and realistic personas for demos.
Drive automation, governance, and cost efficiency through DevOps practices.
