Job summary

UKG is seeking a Vice President of Demo Environments to lead the strategy, delivery, and operations of enterprise demo environments for HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management SaaS solutions. This leader will ensure environments are reliable, current, scalable, and aligned with product innovation to accelerate revenue and enhance customer engagement.

The role requires 15+ years in enterprise SaaS leadership, 8+ years guiding global technical teams, and strong executive communication to partner

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Business or related field.
15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise SaaS.
8+ years leading global technical organizations.
Experience supporting enterprise HR, Payroll, HCM, or Workforce Management software.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
Experience managing multimillion-dollar operating budgets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise vision and multi-year roadmap for demo environments across all HCM product lines.
Establish demo environments as a strategic corporate capability that directly supports revenue growth, customer engagement, analyst relations, and executive briefings.
Define organizational priorities, investment strategies, governance, and success metrics.
Build and lead a global organization focused on innovation, operational excellence, and customer impact.
Lead teams responsible for environment provisioning, data management, and release readiness.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to align demo environments with product release cycles.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Solution Consulting to deliver standardized, high-quality demo experiences.
