Job summary

UKG is seeking a Vice President, Demo Environments to define the strategy, roadmaps, and global operations for enterprise demo environments across HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management SaaS. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to translate customer scenarios into scalable, reliable demos that accelerate revenue and demonstrate value.

You will lead a global team, drive automation, ensure security and compliance, align with product releases, and enable rapid creation

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise SaaS organizations.
8+ years leading global technical organizations.
Experience supporting enterprise HR, Payroll, HCM, or Workforce Management software.
Demonstrated success building and scaling cloud-based platforms.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing multimillion-dollar operating budgets.

Develop and execute the enterprise vision and multi-year roadmap for demo environments across all product lines.
Lead a global organization focused on innovation, operational excellence, and customer impact.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align demo environments with release cycles and customer needs.
Drive automation, data management, and security for scalable, compliant demo platforms.
Enable high-quality, standardized demo experiences that accelerate revenue and improve customer engagement.
