Job summary

SailPoint seeks a Vice President of Enterprise Technology & Agentic Experience to lead Financial Systems, People Technology, and the Enterprise AI Lab within a federated IT operating model. You will architect and govern autonomous workflows, design the enterprise AI platform, and embed security, RBAC, and data privacy into every layer of the stack, ensuring scalable, reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise technology, business applications, IT transformation, and software engineering.
• Proven track record leading enterprise application suites across HR, Finance, CRM and data platforms.
• Hands-on enterprise AI architecture experience: LLM orchestration, MCP, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks.
• Fluency with modern AI tooling and Python-based ML libraries; knowledge of model hubs.
• Experience implementing federated IT operating models with governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead federated operating model bridging enterprise software architecture with agile domain teams across Finance, HR, and Customer Success.
• Direct and mentor teams across Financial Systems, People Technology, and the Enterprise AI Lab.
• Architect enterprise AI platform infrastructure including LLM gateways, MCP integrations, tool-calling frameworks, and RAG pipelines.
• Co-design autonomous workflows with executives to automate cross-system processes and deploy AI copilots.
• Drive AI engineering velocity with best practices and human-in-the-loop review; raise code quality.
