Amplify seeks a Vice President of Business Operations & Enterprise Transformation to serve as the lynchpin of its next-generation internal operating system. Reporting to the President & COO, you will drive enterprise-wide transformation strategy, aligning leadership around long-term goals and translating vision into disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Builder mindset: operate without a playbook and create structure from ambiguity.
• Transformation leadership across Strategy, Operations or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale Amplify’s next-gen operating model in partnership with the COO.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation with disciplined, measurable execution.
• Architect and align senior leaders to reduce bottlenecks and enable rapid decision making.
• Oversee process re-engineering and modernization including AI/automation initiatives.
• Coordinate executive governance, performance metrics, and quarterly reviews.
