Job summary

Emprise Bank seeks a Senior Vice President of Software Engineering & Transformation to lead enterprise technology modernization, AI adoption, and transformation initiatives. You will align engineering centers of excellence, drive secure cloud-native delivery, and partner with executives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

The role requires 10+ years in technology leadership, a track record of delivering complex transformations, and a drive to build high-performing teams

Qualifications

• Proven capability delivering AI-enabled products and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience driving large-scale modernization in regulated environments.
• Strong ability to prioritize, decide, and remove barriers at pace.
• Ability to influence across business and technology groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive modernization and AI-enabled development practices (CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation).
• Partner with leaders to set standards, governance, and scalable patterns.
• Grow enterprise transformation with measurable outcomes and improved customer experience.
• Lead AI strategy, governance, risk and change management important for adoption.
• Recruit and mentor high-performing teams and represent the bank externally.
• Identify opportunities for platform extensions, automation, and partnerships.
