• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology and IT transformation.
• Proven track record leading enterprise application suites (HR, Finance, CRM).
• Hands-on expertise in enterprise AI architecture, LLM orchestration, MCP, RAG pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead federated IT operating model bridging enterprise software with agile domain teams across Finance, HR, and CS/Post-Sales.
• Direct and mentor teams in Financial Systems, People Tech, and Enterprise AI Lab.
• Architect enterprise AI platform infrastructure with LLM gateways, MCP, tool-calling and RBAC.
