SailPoint Technologies, Inc. seeks a visionary leader for the role of Vice President, Enterprise Technology & Agentic Experience.

You will champion an enterprise AI-enabled IT operating model and direct teams across Financial Systems, People Technology, and the Enterprise AI Lab to co-design autonomous workflows with senior stakeholders. Reporting to the CIO, you will architect secure, scalable agentic platforms, drive AI engineering velocity, and govern cross-system automation initiatives

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise technology.
• Proven portfolio leadership across HR, Finance, CRM, and data platforms.
• Hands-on AI architecture experience (LLM orchestration, MCP, RAG).
• Fluent with modern AI tooling (Cursor, Claude Code) and Python ML stacks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead federated IT operating model bridging architecture with domain teams across Finance, People, and Customer Success/Post-Sales.
• Direct and mentor teams in Financial Systems (ERP/NetSuite), People Technology (Workday), and Enterprise AI Lab.
• Architect enterprise agentic platform infrastructure with LLM gateways, MCP integrations, tool-calling, and RAG pipelines; ensure secure RBAC and data privacy.
• Co-design autonomous workflows with functional leaders to automate cross-system processes.
• Drive AI engineering velocity by adopting modern engineering practices and tooling.
• Define the technology roadmap and governance with measurable ROI for automation initiatives.
