SailPoint is seeking a visionary leader for the role of Vice President, Enterprise Technology & Agentic Experience. Based in the US and remote, you will champion federated IT, lead Financial Systems, People Technology, and the Enterprise AI Lab, and architect secure agentic platforms that power autonomous workflows across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise technology, IT transformation, and software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead federated IT operating model bridging architecture with agile domain teams across Finance, HR, and Customer Success.
• Direct and mentor teams in Financial Systems, People Technology, and Enterprise AI Lab.
• Architect enterprise agentic infrastructure including LLM gateways, MCP integrations, tool-calling frameworks, and RAG pipelines.
• Co-design autonomous workflows with business leaders to automate cross-system processes.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering velocity and governance with human-in-the-loop review.
• Set strategic roadmap and ROI metrics for enterprise automation.
