Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 9+ years of healthcare marketing experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint to create complex presentations.
• Experience with brainstorming software Stormz, Miro, Mural and Zoom.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present under pressure.
• Strong listening, collaborative, influential leadership.
• Experience leading teams across multiple accounts and priorities.
• Problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned accounts ensuring quality engagement deliverables.
• Interface with senior clients and Account leadership on new business opportunities.
• Mentor junior engagement strategists and develop talent.
• Synthesize insights into actionable plans to drive brand goals.
• Lead engagement strategy deliverables on new business pitches.
• Direct accounts to ensure strategic and creative quality.
