Job summary

Area23 is seeking an Engagement Strategy Supervisor to develop and lead engagement strategies for healthcare clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design workshops, create engagement ecosystems, and craft messaging strategies that bring the brand promise to life across channels.

You will oversee day-to-day activity on healthcare accounts, mentor junior staff, and synthesize insights into actionable plans that drive business growth in health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with 4+ years in healthcare marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Stormz, Miro, Mural, and Zoom for collaboration.
• Collaborative working style with active listening, patience, and empathy, to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activity on healthcare accounts, creating project briefs and collaborating to develop engagement strategies.
• Develop relationships with account management, strategic planning, media, creative, and senior clients to drive brand goals.
• Synthesize insights into actionable plans, marrying strategy and creative for health engagement.
• Provide expert insights into on/offline channels, ensuring quality of strategic products.
• Present ideas to clients and support new business pitches with senior team.
• Mentor junior engagement strategists, guiding their development.
