Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Vice President, Employee Success Business Partners to drive our People and AI transformation. You will partner with executive leaders to craft and execute a strategic people agenda aligned to business goals, supporting a Finance organization with a globally distributed ESBP team.

You will lead organizational design, leadership development, and talent strategy initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to propel performance and engagement across rapidly evolving teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Employee Success (HR) leadership experience.
• Global HR initiatives across complex, matrixed environments.
• Building and scaling organizations through growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to executive leaders shaping workforce strategy.
• Lead proactive workforce planning, location strategy, and succession planning.
• Design and execute talent programs driving performance and engagement.
• Lead with data using real-time analytics to inform decisions.
• Catalyze change and growth across the organization during rapid scaling.
• Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion and belonging.
• Deliver scalable programs, policies, and processes with CoEs and global teams.
