Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Vice President, Employee Success Business Partners (ESBP) to lead a strategic people agenda that fuels innovation and scales high‑impact teams across the organization. You will partner with senior executives, design organizational structures, and drive leadership development to align talent initiatives with business objectives.

You will lead a global ESBP team supporting the Finance organization, drive data‑driven decision making, and champion a culture of excellence,

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive Employee Success (HR) leadership experience.
Global HR initiatives across complex, matrixed, high-growth environments.
Experience building and scaling organizations during rapid growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

Be a trusted advisor to executive leaders, influencing people and business priorities.
Lead proactive workforce planning, location strategy, and succession planning.
Design and execute talent programs to drive performance, engagement and career acceleration for HR.
Lead with data, using real-time analytics to improve organizational effectiveness.
Champion change and growth to help leaders navigate rapid growth and market shifts.
Shape a culture of excellence, inclusion and belonging across the org.
Deliver scalable programs with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and global teams.
