Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Employee Success (HR) leadership experience.
• Global people initiatives across complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience building and scaling organizations during rapid growth.
• Strong relationships with senior executives across diverse groups.
• Hands-on experience with HR technology to drive insights and scale.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leaders shaping workforce strategy.
• Lead workforce planning, location strategy, and succession planning for leadership pipeline.
• Design and implement talent programs to improve performance and engagement across HR teams.
• Leverage data and analytics to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
• Drive transformation initiatives to support rapid growth and business changes.
