Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Vice President, Employee Success Business Partners (ESBP) to lead a global team supporting our Finance organization and drive the people strategy in the People and AI transformation.

You will partner with senior executives to align talent initiatives with business goals and shape workforce design, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across a dynamic tech landscape.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive Employee Success (HR) leadership experience.
Proven ability to lead global people initiatives across complex, matrixed, and high‑growth environments.
Demonstrated success building and scaling organizations during periods of rapid growth and transformation.
Strong track record of cultivating effective relationships with diverse client groups and senior executives at all levels.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leaders, influencing people and business priorities.
Lead proactive workforce planning, location strategy, talent strategies, and succession planning.
Design and execute talent programs that drive performance, engagement, and career acceleration in HR.
Leverage real-time analytics and insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
Catalyze transformation and enable leaders to navigate growth and market shifts.
Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion and belonging across the organization.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable people programs and processes.
