Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President of Employee Readiness within the CAO - Controls Management team. You will manage multiple projects, lead change, engage stakeholders and senior leaders, and deliver live or virtual training and communications.

The role includes Confluence design, SME duties, and shaping user-friendly learning experiences for Control Managers. You will stay current on new products and services, translate content into engaging formats, and collaborate to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Control Management / Risk Management / Process Improvement experience / Project Management
• Experienced in writing and managing broad/large audience communications
• Excellent presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of interactive tools (Zoom, Confluence)
• Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint skills

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain program and/ or system materials, intranet sites, Confluence, Teams, job aids, and/or courses, aligning them with system, standard, or procedure
• Serve as a subject matter expert / trusted advisor / trainer and translate content for delivery methods; manage stakeholder feedback
• Identify, assess, advise, and drive strategic solutions to increase efficiency and provide engaging content
• Provide timely, accurate reporting and create executive overview slides with data and ROI
• Communicate with clear objectives to large audiences with easy-to-read communications
• Assist with design of training solutions and measure success with reporting and surveys
• Effectively manage changes and collaborate with related teams to deliver implementation plans
• Collaborate on organization initiatives to build foundations for Control Managers and align roles and training
• Travel up to ~15-25% domestically and internationally
