Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, product operations, technology delivery, or related roles.
• Strong governance, milestone tracking, roadmap management, release planning, and change intake routines.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination across product and technology workstreams with defined milestones and dependencies.
• Align business, product, technology, and risk/control stakeholders to resolve cross-program dependencies.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans, roadmaps, cadences, and governance materials.
• Facilitate governance forums and intake workshops to assess changes and impacts.
• Manage program scorecards, milestones, and release readiness across teams.
• Coordinate data migration planning and production go-live activities and follow-up.
