Qualifications

• Typically 7–10+ years in Business Readiness, change management, or transformation.
• Proven accountability for end-to-end readiness across a portfolio.
• Experience leading delivery teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accountability for Business Readiness outcomes across an assigned portfolio, including intake, assessment, planning, implementation, adoption, hypercare, and transition to BAU.
• Lead and allocate work across three Associates, balancing demand, complexity, capacity, and cross-portfolio coverage.
• Own portfolio readiness governance, QA, stage-gate recommendations, risk escalation, remediation, and adoption performance.
• Maintain partnerships with Communications, Procedures, and Training teams to deliver specialist outputs.
• Own intake, prioritisation, governance, scope, ownership, audiences, timing, dependencies, and success measures.
• Lead impact, stakeholder, operational, and change-saturation assessments and determine approach and deliverables.
• Allocate changes across Associates, lead the most complex changes, rebalance capacity as needed.
• Set expectations for integrated Business Readiness plans and ensure quality, evidence, and alignment with release governance.
• Provide formal, evidence-based recommendations at stage gates (proceed, conditions, remediate, escalate, or defer).
• Engage senior stakeholders and drive timely decisions and interventions.
• Integrate Business Readiness with Business, Product, Technology, PMO, Operations, Risk, and Controls plans.
• Establish working relationships with partner teams and elevate delivery risks.
• Oversee cutover readiness, release support, hypercare, and transition to BAU.
• Monitor readiness, adoption, and performance; remediate when off track.
• Maintain demand, capacity, dependency, risk views; advise Global Head on priorities.
• Coach Associates, promote peer reviews, and ensure consistent use of standards and tools.
• Use lessons learned to improve methodology and central service.
