Qualificações

• 7+ years in financial services, consulting, risk management, strategy, business management, or program management.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a large matrixed organization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence decisions, and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong judgment, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, firmwide initiatives that enhance the firm's risk and control frameworks, operating models, and supporting capabilities.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across businesses and functions to drive strategic decisions, alignment, execution, and adoption.
• Design and implement scalable solutions, including frameworks, processes, tools, and operating models, that strengthen risk management and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies, recommendations, and execution plans that deliver measurable outcomes aligned with Control Management and LOB objectives.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify opportunities, assess impacts, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop executive communications, both written and verbal, and provide program leadership and governance to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives and priorities.
