Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a VP Employee Benefits Account Management Team Lead in Orange, CA. You will manage a team of Account Managers, uphold client relationships, and drive renewal and growth across a book of business.

The role requires deep knowledge of employee benefits, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with Sales and carriers. CA Life & Health license is preferred or required for residents.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CA Life & Health License preferred/required.
• 10+ years of prior account management in health/welfare carriers or brokers.
• 2+ years coaching, mentoring, or leading projects; strong leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage a book of business and drive retention/growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Account Management resources to improve service delivery.
• Maintain a high renewal rate and monitor key metrics (e.g., NPS).
• Collaborate with Sales to address client needs and upsell opportunities.
• Oversee annual service delivery calendars and client lifecycle activities.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to align strategic plans.
