Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is seeking a Regional Vice President of Employee Benefits Operations based on the West Coast in California with travel as needed.

The role oversees regional employee benefits operations, aims to optimize processes, manage P&L, and ensure client satisfaction while collaborating with national leaders on profitability and service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in agency operations or account management.
• Proven leadership with profitability and growth track record.
• Strong communication and training capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Define, implement and manage SOPs; drive process improvements and accountability.
• Ensure regional units follow workflows, service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze current operations and propose improvements.
• Plan, monitor and analyze regional performance metrics for efficiency and accuracy.
• Facilitate cross-department communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting to ensure profitability and sustainability.
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems with visibility into goals.
• Identify new solutions to enhance FRP’s capabilities and offerings.
• Set regional performance goals and lead teams to achieve them.
• Address utilization and capacity planning across the region.
• Identify, train and develop talent within the region.
• Solve problems and address issues as they arise.
