Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners, a leading US insurance brokerage and consulting firm, seeks a Regional Vice President of Employee Benefits Operations based on the West Coast (CA) with travel to regional offices as needed. This role leads regional operations, optimizing processes, profitability, and client service delivery across the Employee Benefits group.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in agency operations/account management with leadership experience and a Bachelor's degree, plus proficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10+ years' industry experience in an agency environment with leadership and growth.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Adobe Pro.

Responsibilities

• Define, execute and manage SOPs; drive process improvements and accountability.
• Ensure regional units adhere to workflows, service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze current processes and performance; propose improvements.
• Monitor key regional metrics for day-to-day performance; ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with national/regional leaders on budgets to ensure profitability.
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems with visibility into goals and progress.
• Identify and implement new solutions to enhance FRP’s capabilities and offerings.
• Set regional performance goals and drive attainment through team leadership.
• Address utilization and capacity planning; assess team and individual performance.
• Identify, train and develop regional talent.
• Resolve problems and issues as they arise.
