Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Regional Vice President of Employee Benefits Operations to lead the West Coast operations. Based in California with travel to regional offices as needed, you will manage regional P&L, improve processes, and ensure client service excellence.

You will collaborate with national leaders to optimize service delivery, oversee budgets, and drive profitability while guiding talent development across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 10+ years of industry experience in an agency environment with a background in Operations and/or Account Management.
• Experience in leadership and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional operating procedures and drive process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to workflows, service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and drive profitability and growth.
• Collaborate with national/regional leadership on budgeting and strategy.
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and training.
