Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years in an EHS role with prior managerial experience.
• Experience in data centers, critical facilities, construction, or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership and communication across teams.
• Experience with contractor safety programs and EHS software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local policies and procedures to ensure compliance with global standards.
• Investigate and document workplace incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with EHS regulations and industry standards for construction and data centers.
• Organize and oversee safety training programs for employees and contractors.
• Track and report EHS metrics and provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Integrate EHS principles into design reviews and collaborate with engineering teams.
