Wesco seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Manager (Data Centers) to lead onsite EHS programs, training, and risk mitigation within a 24/7 data center environment. You will champion safety standards, audits, and incident response while coordinating across shifts and with customer stakeholders.

The role requires 7 years of safety experience in data centers or similar settings, strong communication skills, and the ability to implement THAs/JSAs and training aligned with regulatory and contract

Qualificações

• High School Degree or Equivalent required, Bachelors Degree preferred.
• OSHA-related credentials (e.g., OSHA 30, CHST, CSP) preferred.
• 7 years of progressive safety experience in data centers or similar environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards, risk assessment, LOTO, PPE management, and audits.
• Experience developing THAs/JSAs and safety training programs.
• Ability to interpret complex safety requirements for contracts and customers.
• Experience maintaining training records in electronic systems (eCompliance).
• Willingness to travel to multiple data center locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onsite EHS programs, training, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate safety activities across shifts and incident response.
• Develop THAs/JSAs and site safety plans; deliver Tailgate Talks and trainings.
• Maintain safety protocols for field service locations and customer sites.
• Review bid-level safety terms and ensure contract-level compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support continuous safety improvements.
• Provide on-call safety support and manage safety inspections and audits.
• Maintain digital training records and compliance documentation.
