Job summary

Banda Group International, LLC is seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety and regulatory programs for client data centers and construction environments in the United States. The role requires OSHA 10/30 certification, 5–10 years in EHS with leadership experience, and strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in an EHS role with managerial or leadership experience.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Experience in data centers, critical facilities, construction, or industrial environments preferred.
• Proficiency in EHS management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Policy and program development tailored to data center operations and construction environments.
• Organize and oversee safety training for employees and contractors.
• Conduct hazard analyses, risk assessments, and site inspections; implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001; lead audits.
• Track, analyze, and report EHS metrics to management and leadership.
• Monitor environmental impact and sustainability initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote safety and environmental responsibility.
