Job summary

Oracle’s Global Environment, Health & Safety team seeks an experienced EHS Manager to be onsite at one of the following locations: Abilene, TX; Santa Teresa, NM; Saline, MI; or Port Washington, WI, to lead EHS execution across hyperscale data center operations.

You will directly manage a team of EHS Specialists, partner with Data Center Operations, Construction and Facilities, and ensure OSHA, NFPA and ISO standards are applied site-wide while driving a strong safety culture and continuous

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EHS experience, including leadership.
• Experience managing EHS programs in hyperscale data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ISO.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of EHS Specialists across hyperscale data centers.
• Ensure consistent EHS program implementation and drive site-level execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks with Operations, Construction and Facilities.
• Lead site audits, inspections, and drive corrective actions.
• Track EHS performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver EHS training and build capability across sites.
• Engage with data center leadership and cross-functional partners on safety priorities.
