Job summary

Hunter Philips Executive Search is seeking a Senior VP, Environmental, Health & Safety to define and own the EHS strategy for an international data center platform expanding in the Americas. You will lead governance, standards, and the regional EHS organization, driving safety across construction and live operations.

You will influence executives, regulators, and delivery partners, with a track record in high‑risk environments and strong qualifications (CSP/CIH/NEBOSH).

Qualifications

• Seasoned EHS leader with multi-site experience across complex facilities.
• Proven track record building and scaling EHS organizations.
• Strong governance, risk, and incident management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the EHS strategy across the Americas.
• Lead regional EHS organization and governance for growth.
• Set safety standards across construction and live operations; ensure contractor accountability.
• Oversee enterprise risk, incident governance, and executive-level reporting.
